Whether it's Private One on One or Small Group Training (2-4 people), we take a comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we start with a Functional Movement Screen to assess your movement quality and take into account exercise history, injuries and restrictions. The results from these assessments dictate how we design programs for our individual clients and allow us to maximize results and minimize injuries. More than just a workout, each session emphasizes teaching movement prep and soft tissue work, while focusing on areas of tightness and weakness. These individually designed programs address muscular imbalances and pre re-hab based movements to keep you healthy and getting strong.
