We take a comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we start with a Functional Movement Screen to assess your movement quality and take into account exercise history, injuries and restrictions. The results from these assessments dictate how we design programs for our individual clients and allow us to maximize results and minimize injuries. More than just a workout, each session emphasizes teaching movement prep and soft tissue work, while focusing on areas of tightness and weakness. These individually designed programs address muscular imbalances and pre re-hab based movements to keep you healthy and getting strong.
Looking for a little more attention than a large group class? In the Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (2-4 people). In this personalized setting you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
